pqact entry for Canadian Warnings?

Does anyone know the proper entry in pqact to ingest Canadian Severe/Tor warnings?  I got text products flowing, but there are no polygon points:

WMO     ^(WF|WU|WW|WO)CN.. CW..
        PIPE    -flush -close -strip    /home/ldm/scripts/text/dctext.php
```

So not sure where the points files come in (assuming they do?)
