Description: If a community saves enough water, a DAO on Grant-Stream could "Match" their savings by paying for their next month of maintenance. This issue involves an inter-contract link where Utility Drips emits a GoalReached event that Grant-Stream listens to. This "Conservation-as-a-Grant-Trigger" rewards environmentally responsible communities with extra funding, effectively turning the Utility Drips protocol into a "Proof of Sustainability" system for global philanthropic organizations and green energy foundations.
