When students fail an OTS, they sometimes try to wiggle their way out of it, request a review from VATCAN3, or outright claim the examiner was wrong.
Describe the solution you'd like
There should be a place for instructors to attach the EuroScope log file to the OTS form and/or training note. This protects the examiner and allows for a more thorough review. In this solution, the OTS form should have a reminder at the top for examiners to save the log file. Or a checkbox that says "I confirm that I do not have/do not want to upload the log".
As we all know, log files can get quite large. Therefore, they should only be saved for about a month (Div Training Policy says max 7 days to dispute an OTS, but having a month or two would be nice just for periodic review/auditing). Additionally, we could also cap the .txt size to a rather reasonable 100 MB.
