Problem - Upstream used pistar based reflector list for XRF reflectors - this broke a bunch from working.
Docker-Compose should update the reflector lists so there is a base to start with. There should be a start.sh script that reaches out and grabs the lastest on startup. Environment Variable could be set to override this - FALSE to disable, or something else to try and reach that as a base.
