I can't offer really anything in the way of a repro case or a version this does not happen in. This is the first time I've seen it. What happens is that I double-click on a property in PEM Editor and the ZoomBox seems to display somewhere off the visible viewing area. I can tell this because I can't do anything until I hit escape, since the ZoomBox is modal. I'm not sure why it can't figure out it's off the screen and move itself into the visible area. I assume there's a table somewhere storing the last position, though I thought maybe it just comes up auto-centered. I've tried not using the external monitor. That does not solve it. I've searched both desktops for the ZoomBox window. It's just not there!
