Caution: we noticed that in all the phylogenies currently in vgp-trees, the accession number for Patagioenas fasciata is GCA_036971685.2, even though it was decided a few month ago to switch to GCF_037038585.1 as the primary assembly (GCA_036971685.2 becoming secondary).
This may confuse some of the people using these phylogenies. Would it be worth to correct it ?
I understand that ROADIES has probably has probably been run using the secondary version, but hopefully it should not impact the phylogenetic position of said species.
