I have the same issue, it worked a few minutes after the install but now if I go in any directory and run openswarm I get that.
Noting also that i had only 2 exemples agent and not the one of the video demo.

Update: this is fixed in the release-candidate line and can be tested with npx @vrsen/openswarm@rc.

The rc currently points to @vrsen/openswarm@1.0.1-rc.9, which bundles @vrsen/agentswarm@1.4.39. The launcher-side fix is in VRSEN/agentswarm-cli#220: the launcher no longer requires a user-installed uv for fresh project setup.

I am leaving this issue open for now because the stable latest npm tag still points to 0.1.27. We will close this after the stable OpenSwarm release ships with the fix.
