VAL3000 as a damper controller

Hi Daniel - the damper is working. I'm still dialing in the PID values but for the most part, it's operational. I'll be keeping my git repo up to date with the latest improvements as I fine tune. Feel free to share.

Also, your ESPHome yaml file, it appears, doesn't support StallGuard as supplied - . At least, I can't see how it could. Have you tested this feature on ropener? The damper.yaml code here in the haos/ directory does....
