no openkb command available after "pip install openkb"

On Mac, Following readme doc, after pip install openkb, running QuickStart commands "openkb init" shows "command not found: openkb".

If the command is not found after installation, the likely causes are:
1. installing into a different Python environment than the one being used,
2. the scripts/bin directory is not on PATH,
3. the package was installed inside a virtual environment that is not activated.
