Binary view is leaked when splitting panes in the ultimate version

1. Open up binary
2. Split the linear view pane into two (or more)
3. Close binary
4. Run get_memory_usage_info()
5. Observe the view refs being 2

This looks surprisingly similar to Vector35/debugger#730 -- both only happen on ultimate, and both require a split view
