Request should handle API limit

Currently request doesn't do anything but return an object with the error.

Instead it should check the returned contents for an error & throw an exception when the rate limit is reached.

I think it should parse the API::$contents and fetch the error message about API rate limit or other errors.

My approach is as follows:

• Send HTTP request.
• Receive HTTP response.
• Parse response body. That is, adding the new method possibly named parseResponse
• If the HTTP response code is not 200 when parsing response body, it should throw exception and message.

Is this approach correct?
