FXs from the World at War remastered maps (Prototype, Asylum, Swamp and Factory)

All of the FXs from the WaW maps haven't been ripped. So far, only Kino, Five, COTD, Shangri-La, Ascension, and Moon have ripped FXs. We still haven't ripped the FXs from the WaW maps (delayed too much).
