Debian 13 Trixie update of the manage.py script

I used your palworld install script to create a dedicated server for my kid. The manage.py script kept blowing up at me so I fixed it for the newer version of debian and python. I have no idea how to use github, my apologies. I created an account and posted the updated file so you can download it and take a look at it.

Good to hear you were able to get it working, but we've moved this repo to a new location.

My apologies for not marking this repo as archived / moved. The new repo has had MAJOR changes done to it, so if you wanted to play around with it, have at it, otherwise feel free to continue using the version you have, (as if it works, why change it.)
