Absolutely love the vibe, and the speed of development, Also i am really happy to contribute in the future, since i have spend so much time on finding an AiO portal for agencies. If read trough your roadmaps and have some ideas.
The current design of the system is project only, but in for example web development there is also I life after the project where you do maintenance. Then a central customer portal for support tickets etc would really help.
For example i have a webdesign company, a project is building a website, afterwards i would love to still have the website live as a "live entity" the project be completed. And also would love the ability to connect services to a living project, such as a hosting service, a mantainance package, and a domain name for example. These do not have to be hardcoded for web agencies, but i think a focus for after the project is completed helps a lot of agencies!
Also making the customer facing portal more generic then only projects but also a place to see, all their invoices, and costs, and maybe also recurring costs would be lovely, a way to make renewals of services send notifications in advance. I have lots of ideas to contribute to this project. i would love to hear back!
