Error in bash script sync-jobfile.sh

Hi all, i was working on the tutorial for VFVS-2.
When i launched:
./vf_start_jobline.sh 1 10 templates/template1.slurm.sh submit 1
I received the error:
Syncing the jobfile of jobline 1 with the controlfile file ../../workflow/control/all.ctrl.
Error was trapped which is a nonstandard error.
Error in bash script sync-jobfile.sh
Error on line 113

I couldn't quite figure out the error message. Can i have some help?

Hi @xavierchee,

My guess would be that there is some error in the all.ctrl file. Would it be possible for you to try again, following the example layed out in our tutorial? https://docs.virtual-flow.org/tutorials-vf2/tutorial-2-vfvs-2.0-on-slurm/installation

Please let us know if this error persists.
