Missing file: vfvs_atg_prepare_stage1.py #57

Dear authors, thanks for sharing your great work with the community. I could not find the python file vfvs_atg_prepare_stage1.py which is used in the bash script vfvs_postprocess_atg-prescreen.sh. Could you please advise where I can find it? Thanks a lot.
