"Next ongoing agenda item"-button? (Problem with navigation)

Observed an interesting behaviour:

• User looks at ongoing agenda item
• Meeting closes the ai
• User tries to go to next ai "but there's nothing in the list after this one!"

Since the ai was moved to closed, it looks like the current ai is the last one and they don't find their way back up.

I'm not sure we want a full redesign of the agenda, but a "next ongoing agenda item" button might solve the issue for most? Or should state just be a filter? (Quite massive change though?)

This should be done in a bigger rewrite of navigation, where order of Agenda is respected instead of grouping by state.
