[Task]: Add a notebook to show phenology vectorization functionality

Use [this notebook](https://github.com/artofmodelling/phenomodelling/blob/main/phenology_modelling.ipynb) as base and replace the pcse phenology with diffwofost. Use the recently shared observation on The calibration should be done on the paraemters TSUMEM/TSUM1/TSUM2.
