Hi,
When I run the step of "s3_RecordToMeConcord.py", I got following warning or errors:

/miniconda3/envs/py3/lib/python3.7/multiprocessing/pool.py:121: DtypeWarning: Columns (7) have mixed types.Specify dtype option on import or set low_memory=False.
result = (True, func(*args, **kwds))
It is still running but there is no output for some of chromosomes while others have. What could be the reason or fix?
