Whenever I try to send a request with an Umlaut (Ö, Ä, Ü, ö, ä, ü) it seems to confuse Watson Assistant - it just returns:

<pre>Bad Request</pre>
</body>
</html>

To re-produce this just open any Watson Assistant instance, go to "Send request to specific skill" and try sending an expertise with a text of "ä".
