Add config setting to set browser cache size

Some people have noticed that the client-side browser cache footprint can get quite large, which can lead to CPU issues. So there should be a setting to allow this to be reduced.

Reduced the image cache from 5000 to 1000, to see if that reduces the browser memory footprint.
