My Solis S5-EH1P3.6K-L has had a firmware update to 4C0050-650000 (with the 6 charge slots] and since then the inverter is not responding to SolisManager's attempts to set the charge slots.
I have seen other threads where people were able to work round this by enabling the charge slots in the Solis app, however, this doesn't seem to be working for me.
I have another app called MySolar which also has the same problem. Whilst I am not concerned about this app working, it is useful to show that the attempts by SolisManager to charge the inverter are clearly being written "somewhere", as it is able to see them. However the official Solis app is unable to see them.
I think Solis have changed something with regards to how the slots are stored, as I found a similar thread for a different integration:

Below are some screenshots of a test run I have done this morning . The first shows SolisManager, the second shows the other app being able to see the slots, and the third shows the official Solis app showing nothing.
I can supply logs for this period if required.
Honestly, I'm wondering if I should ask Solis to downgrade the firmware.
