Reflect is where the loop closes: the app takes the days you actually lived and shows them back to you.
Lives right on the Today screen (and under Reflect):
- "Today I'm thinking about…" — a morning brain-dump box. Unstructured on purpose.
- End of day — what went well, what to try differently. Two sentences beat zero.
- Mood and energy — a 1–5 tap each. Thirty days of these dots teach you more about your 4pm slump than any productivity article.
One entry per day; everything is editable later. Journal pages can be exported.
A review assembles a period — week, month (and quarter, year with Premium) — from your real history:
- what you completed, and which life areas it served,
- habit consistency (days showing up, streaks),
- meters that moved: pages, rupees, kilometers, chapters,
- your mood/energy pattern,
- a free-writing box for the review itself.
Navigate periods like a calendar — last week, March, Q2. From any week/month list in Plan, "Reflect on this week →" jumps to the matching review.
Reviews deliberately don't scold. An unfinished plan is information: the week was overloaded, or the goal is mis-sized, or that habit needs a different time of day. The point of reflecting is to adjust the next loop, not to grade the last one.
- Open Reflect → this week.
- Read what happened (it's already assembled).
- Write three lines: proudest thing, hardest thing, one change for next week.
- Open Plan → Week tab → next week, and place that one change in it.
That's a complete personal review system, five minutes, every week.
(Free accounts see roughly the last 12 weeks of history; Premium keeps all of it, plus quarterly and yearly reviews.)
