0.8.2 inventory looks ugly

It's squished, the slots are just black lines, and there isn't even the slightest hint of separation between the survival inventory and hotbar. In other words, just make it look decent.

No taste for what? Inventories that are squished and tall at the same time? (And no line of separation between the hotbar and survival inventory)
