Add CONTRIBUTING.md to Guide New Contributors

Currently, the repository does not have a CONTRIBUTING.md file, making it unclear for new contributors to know:

• How to set up the project locally.
• Coding standards and formatting requirements.
• Testing and linting before PRs.
• How to report issues or propose features.

Where to discuss ideas or get clarifications.

Request:

1. Add a clear CONTRIBUTING.md file to the root of the repository that includes:
2. Local setup instructions (npm install).
3. Code formatting and linting guidelines.
4. Steps for creating issues and PRs.
5. Notes on how to join discussions for ideas or questions.

This will make the onboarding process smoother for new contributors and maintain consistency in contributions to Overwatch.
