Please combine item properties, classic events, sections, liquids and warps window

Can we get a universal properties window that combines all the other property windows similar to 38a?

This would save a lot of screen space and make navigation easier.

Tileset window should remain separate.

A kind of properties system is a long term plan to implement in the future, and it's a big work. Not just for recent time. Not quick. I plan to start the rework, and the dynamic settings system is planned to resolve many internal scalability troubles that just haunted any progress for years.

Idk what you have planned for the moondust engine but at its core it should be really basic doing everything in luau. allowing us to define properties in luau would be really handy.
