There are piles of old episodes made with non-ASCII content and that's impossible to properly handle especially on a computer with non-native locale configured because of ANSI charsets use.
It's need to add an option to explicitly set the source (and/or destination) charset to convert old episodes with non-ASCII filenames to properly result the modern UTF-8 based format which can be universally handled by Moondust Engine, TheXTech, and by X2 on any hardware with any locale configured.
