Make use of cdnjs or equivalent

I just went through your repository and BootstrapSelect is by far the easiest dropdown menu to use with easy customization looking I found.

Could you please consider making kind of a release available through CDNjs ? So that installation only requires to copy-paste two <script> tags for future users.

But I think that your idea is a good one so I'll see how to work with CDNjs (or any other CDN I'll find).

It's good to know how it works ! Unfortunately, it can't suit your (quote) personal project (end of quote). 😢
