Add register table for APsystems Invrters

[JMQ1961]

I tried this node with the Apsystems ECU -C interface.
Getting data is OK register are displaced for Apsystems.
I modified it for a test. It is universal for reading Sunspec Modbus.

Sunspec mode v111 and v123 is not running for the monent, only v101
