Library Builder: Incorrect translation of multiple legacy X7*/X8* parameters

Describe the bug
After the introduction of legacy files import in Library Builder 14.0, most parameters from the Common level of the performances and the part inserts/control assignments haven't been correctly transferred to the newly exported file

Steps to reproduce

1. Load a X7*/X8* file, select a performance from it and export a file, then load the file in your Montage M, MODX M, ESP
2. Load the same X7*/X8* in your Montage M, MODX M, ESP for the automatic Yamaha conversion
3. Compare the two imported performances - from the direct load and from the Library Builder export

Expected behavior
Both performance, from the direct load and from the Library Builder export, should have the same parameters

Additional context
I can provide both the initial X7U, the directly loaded and the Library Builder exported files, but currently I am getting an error message "Failed to upload "TestFiles.zip"" when I am trying to upload a file to this issue, regardless of the file and the extension

The following part parameters are now transferred:
Note Limit Low / High
Pitch Bend Range Upper / Lower
additional verified part-header fields related to level, pan, and switch parameters

This improves the conversion of legacy performances. However, some legacy Common parameters, Insert Effect settings, Control Assignments, and effect blocks still use structures that cannot yet be mapped safely byte-for-byte. Those areas will require additional matched test files or controlled single-parameter comparisons.

I am marking this issue as partially resolved rather than fully closed, since additional legacy parameter mappings remain to be implemented.

Many AWM2 engine, effect and control assign parameters have been scaled to higher resolutions in the Montage M and MODX M. To properly implement conversion of the legacy formats, you might need to break down the file structure further to match the old and new parameters values.
