Request: Apply the numarg multiplier to the `o` and `O` commands

Something I'd love to be able to do is use the o and O commands to open multiple new lines before being dropped into INSERT mode. I hope the numarg variable can apply here, so I can hit 2 o to open two new lines before going into INSERT mode.
