alerts not updated

when a call to Forecast update() is made, the alerts don't seem to get updated

in ```init``` you have

```
        self._alerts = []
        for alertJSON in self.json.get('alerts', []):
            self._alerts.append(Alert(alertJSON))
```

but in ```update``` nothing happens to ```_alerts```

is that on purpose?
