Chunk render issue

I only can see 5 blocks high and the Chunk I am in but also can see Mobs in other Chunks. When I am at the Chunkborder, I can see the ither Chunk too I have that Problem in Multiplayer and Singleplayer, when I remove CheatUtils it's fixed. Also changing the render distance brings Nothing.

cheatutils-2.7.11-forge-1.20.1.jar also 2.7.9 isn't working I didn't try other versions

Yes I think, but I'm not sure, I'm not at home and don't remember if I tried it without no fog.
