Becke grid bug

Issue in murak.cpp -> get_murak_grid_f
"That gets the radial grid. The function appears to be fine for small numbers of grid points. When you cross some threshold it dies. I don't know why. Alex and I made it use double precision for large grid sizes which appears to solve the problem" - Paul
It's not worth debugging so just always use the double precision code, delete the single precision stuff
