Infinity norms for d functions for Jellium #73
Description
When computing integrals for jellium, the norms computed for d functions are infinity.
Upon using a larger angular grid, infinity norms no longer appear. However, the values are still very large. This could perhaps be tied to grid integration.
Need to run more tests with d and f functions in SS basis to identify the cause for this error.
