Topics for advanced part/workshop

Just a little brainstorming for "advanced" topics to be covered in a new branch and the upcoming workshop(s):

• Binding behaviours, different styles of custom elements
• aurelia-validation (ValidationRenderer, Gotchas with ValidationController)
• aurelia-i18n (i18next, JSON-Format, Backends)
• aurelia-dialog

Regarding different styles of custom elements: value converter and html only components should´nt be missed and different kind of bindings like .call and .ref

Next to that, maybe some more advanced topics like

• testing
• authentication
• bundling
• value/property observer etc
