Numbers in scientific notation have the 0 trimmed off the exponent #68

It's all in the title, e.g., 4.830671903771573e+170 is incorrectly displayed as 4.830671903771573e+17. My guess is that some formatting code sees the decimal point, and then trims 0 from the right. A simple way to reproduce this is to zoom out a lot. In the attached screen shot, the circled areas show how the trimmed exponent 170 shows as 17.
