Superfeedr trigger should be more strict with source URLs that have a fragment ID

Superfeedr just triggered this amusing series of webmentions, most of which should not have been sent at all.

That URL from boffosocko.com technically links to all my posts, but not if you consider only the fragment portion of the URL. Superfeedr doesn't care about the fragment so Telegraph will need to filter those out first.
