Could you share the MRI data for at least one case of people with transtibial amputation that was used in OpenLimb? If we are designing a PTB-SCSP socket, we need to be above the supracondylar thigh bone.

We aren't able to share the MRI data - the purpose of OpenLimb is to share representative geometry without releasing an individual's personal imaging data - however we are very close to an updated release which will feature a higher proximal limit to the model, amongst other improvements. Please check back in a few weeks, and keep in touch here or by email.
