Measurements generation

Output the analysis and measurements data from the webapp

• .csv file with the volume, cross sectional area, widths etc
• As in issue Analyse pdf generation #6 then export for pdf generation
• Need to be able to pick a point for analysis as in Point picking for analyse #24
• Need catch errors if returning nans as in Analysis error if not aligned correctly #64
