• There is a need for new CONTRIBUTING.md file
• Also improvement in docs.md.

Describe the Proposed Solution

• Nothing much just create a new CONTRIBUTING.md file.
• Help fix docs.md file.
• Creation of an html git docs page would be helpful.

Additional note

• The project is still in development phase so the PR might be merged later.
