Getting this error after running "docker compose up" command.

@Adarsh01 Thanks for the report. This is because of a bug in ScanCode toolkit at aboutcode-org/scancode-toolkit#3179 that is being fixed soon.

Good point! actually I pinned the SPDX library in Scancode Toolkit 31.2.3 so this is not really tracked anywhere. This was with aboutcode-org/scancode-toolkit@b4f497c and aboutcode-org/scancode-toolkit#3171 and aboutcode-org/scancode-toolkit#3177
