Thread /0 does not show up in the listing

Thread /0 does not get listed/indexed, but is available as a hidden board. Cool, but a bug.

No logic exists to see if posts are attached to a thread. I can not remember any need to keep this, as the schema supports hidden posts.

This can still likely be exploited by sending manual POSTs. Closing for now.

8105f41 just disallowed creation of new posts in empty threads (which is a hack itself.) This issue needs a proper fix.
