If we fail to upload a file, for example the spacecraft sends ERR NO ROOM. Then the spacecraft keeps us connected and in CMD OK, ready to try another file. If the ground station has no other files then it should send a disconnect DM. Otherwise we sit and wait to time out, which is 3 min.
