Add creator public stats mapper

Summary

Add a mapper for shaping public creator stats before they are returned by the API.

Scope

• map raw creator stats into a public response shape
• keep the mapper small and reusable
• avoid mixing unrelated profile data into it

Acceptance Criteria

• creator stats output uses one shared mapping pattern
• mapper is easy to reuse across endpoints
• output stays stable for client consumption
