[FEATURE] Selection of dxcluster telnet sessions

Based on some questions from colleagues who use our DXCluster with OpenHamClock is it possible to add an option to the list to indicate which cluster we primarily connect to? After "n" failed attempts we try a new telnet session to the next cluster from our organized list ...etc.

Our S50CLX cluster is open to OpenHamClock users. If you use the DXSpider program, I am available via email to answer any questions users may have. The telnet address for S50CLX is s50clx.si:41112
