Double timestamp when logging to journald

When running under systemd, a timestamp is added to each line by journald in addition to the first one added by the RNS logger.

I should probably add a switch to disable the time and date.

As a developer I'd prefer a format handler callback 😁 I've enjoyed using Python's built-in logging framework, though it doesn't have quite as many log levels as the RNS logger--and with the way I've used it, having levels between INFO and DEBUG and below DEBUG would be really handy. Being able to have a section of the message contain a module name is nice especially for sifting through debug logs.

For rnsh I used it and built a bridge to the RNS logger. All messages from the Python logger end up going out through the RNS logger.

I suppose though that with the stuff you have for setting some logging stuff from the config file, it doesn't make sense to give the developer much control of formatting. The main thing I would do (besides turning off the timestamp when logging to systemd) is to make the log level substring be the same length for all log levels. so that the logged message starts at the same column every line.

You can already disable the log level printing by:

RNS.compact_log_fmt = True

I actually think that it should be possible for application developers to have as much control over the log output as possible, so I will add a similar switch for the timestamp output.
