Rework LOCALHOST so that curl in our webshell is supported as well as an alternative to a browser

replaceLabContent = "LOCALHOST" in _default/config.toml would support a replacement. However, this seemst to be unused.

Goal: Refine this and also support curl as an alternative to a browser for our webshell.
