Does motor polarity matter?

I've gone through all the photos and your videos to see if motor polarity was indicated anywhere but couldn't find it.

The calibration software will adapt the configuration to which ever polarity you choose, so it doesn't matter. However, you might have a point anyway. The build instructions would probably feel clearer if I marked out the polarity. I will look into it...
