Add _disablePageHeaders config option to sample course

The option for _disablePageHeaders introduced here should be added to the sample course's config.json.

I thought it could be used as an alternative to Vanilla's hide-page-header, although that class allows you to hide on specific pages. The JSON flag removes the header from the DOM completely when it's not needed which is nice.

Regarding a11y, we would lose the page title which is also the heading level 1. This would also be the case when using the hide-page-header class, too. We have used that class several times in the past when replacing the page header with Text and Graphic components. Would need to set the _ariaLevel of the faux "page title" to 1 to address the missing page header title.
